Cowboy Jack’s Saloon is located in the River Prairie Development in Altoona. The upscale restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Located on the Eau Claire River, the restaurant is known for its western-chic atmosphere. It is the first Cowboy Jack’s Franchise to open in Wisconsin.

The restaurant group has locations in Plymouth, St. Cloud and downtown Minneapolis. The new downtown location will be one block from Target Field. It is owned by After Midnight Group, which also owns Sally’s Saloon and the Cabooze Music Club in Minneapolis. Other restaurants in the group include Crave Restaurant and Union Bar & Grill.
