BEDFORD, Va. (WFXR) — On Monday, a sentencing hearing for the man responsible for setting Bedford Middle School ablaze in 2020 continued. Bedford Commonwealth’s Attorney Wes Nance stated there remain some question regarding their mental capacity of the defendant.
