Barzach and UConn men’s basketball coach Kevin Ollie cut the ribbon under a rainbow arch before West Hartford Mayor Shari Cantor and State Sen. Beth Bye delivered certificates.
Students from Conard High School and Arcadia University also joined in the celebration. A student from the latter will be participating in a study abroad program this spring in London, England.
