Early Life and Education
Dan Beazley hails from the South West of England. Inspired by books like Tolkien, Feist and Gemmell as well as movies like Conan Krull and Willow that he read while growing up, these experiences led him to pursue writing fantasy fiction as his career goal.
Beazley began college after graduating high school, only to discover it wasn’t right for him. Instead, he worked as a tree trimmer for 39 years for companies such as Asplundh and 5th Season.
He served the Park Moabi branch of Needles Fire Department as a volunteer fireman for more than a decade, in addition to being an enthusiastic horseback rider, breeding exceptional Appaloosas, Quarter Horses and Paints as a hobby breeder and competing in barrel races, team roping events and other local activities.
Professional Career
He has worked for various companies and currently specializes in Professional Liability Insurance at an insurance firm. Additionally, he has published several books.
Played 31 games this season and made five starts…saw late-game action at center field against No.1 Vanderbilt April 22… laid down a crucial pinch-hit sacrifice bunt during Tennessee’s comeback victory over Siena March 11… also scored the team’s sole run versus Eastern Michigan Feb. 24 while playing center field… Started playing left field against Furman Feb 25 as well as in their win against Oklahoma March 2 in Houston

Daniel is an award-winning composer-arranger with numerous credits in film including Oscar nominated films and soundtracks. As an active advocate for jazz music he has held multiple symposia on its subject matter. Additionally he serves on both Howard University’s Board of Trustees as well as their Board of Advisors; additionally he sits on their Board of Advisors at National Jazz Museum Harlem.
Beasley played a pivotal role in raising public and governmental funding for the World Food Program during COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and garnered international acclaim and accolades.
Daniel began performing regularly since a young age. In Holland he signed to Anna Agency – one of the biggest bookings agencies – and performed at some of the country’s premier venues such as Supper Club, Powerzone, and Escape.

Dan Beezley resides with his family in Devon’s rural countryside and has spent 39 years as a tree trimmer, employed by Asplundh and 5th Season companies. A lover of fantasy literature such as Tolkien, Feist, Gemmell and Lewis inspired by short story competition entry featuring goblin and orc is what led Dan to start writing the Trivial Trials series of books.
