Dave Deddens is a community leader renowned for his unfailing commitment to helping those in need. He served as president and Chairperson of the Dearborn Community Foundation, has been an active volunteer at the annual Gobble Wobble 5K on Thanksgiving Day, and holds board memberships in multiple non-profit organizations. Furthermore, in addition to his involvement with the Foundation, Deddens also served on the Dearborn County Redevelopment Commission.
He and his wife Michelle own two Skyline Chili restaurants in St. Leon and Brookville, where he’s renowned for his generosity and hospitality. For instance, he provides meals to any East Central High School team heading to a sectional tournament. Furthermore, he volunteers regularly at All Saints Parish where he has served on both the Parish Council and Finance Committee.
Personal Life
Deddens’ personal life revolves around his passion for music and nature. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, and their two children as well as their rescue dog and three cats. When not working or spending time with family members, Deddens loves exploring new places and playing pickleball. Furthermore, he gives back to the community by volunteering for numerous nonprofit organizations within the area.
Dave is a well-known community figure for his kindness and hospitality. He volunteers annually at the Gobble Wobble 5K on Thanksgiving Day to raise money for North Dearborn Pantry, Sunman Food Pantry and East Central High School’s food pantry. Additionally, Dave provides meals at St. Leon Skyline Chili during All Saints Parish’s men’s retreat.
