Achievement and Honors
David Kerber has achieved much throughout his life. Aside from winning multiple competitions as a tenor singer and performing opera houses, he is renowned for being an outstanding jazz trumpeter who has recorded for Columbia, Atlantic and MCA labels.
He is a member of NJAJE and has directed both Region III Junior and Senior High School Jazz Ensembles. Additionally, he provides jazz trumpet lessons to both adults and children in his locality.
At present, he remains a member of the American Heart Association and was recently recognized as an “Resuscitation Giant”, which is bestowed every five years to recognize individuals committed to its mission. His leadership in cardiopulmonary resuscitation was highly appreciated.
David Kerber was a dedicated husband and father to two. Always hard working, he achieved what he set his mind to accomplishing.
Dave loved spending his free time outdoors and was passionate about experiencing new adventure trips such as hiking, snowmobiling, scuba diving and sailing. Additionally he enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends.
