As part of his release from bail in a case where he was accused of fleeing police, Milwaukee County Court Commissioner Alexis Liggins ordered George Reel not to drive any vehicle.

Four months later, Reel was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal pedestrian crash. Prosecutors filed charges against him on Tuesday in relation to the Dec. 31 accident that claimed Arthur Baker’s life.
