Henry CM100

Henry CM100 – Fast, Elastomeric, Solvent Free Waterproofing Membrane

Henry CM100 is a fast curing, solvent free waterproofing compound with fast curing times that is solvent free and elastomeric in composition, suitable for two ply applications or single use applications that forms an impervious rubber-like membrane upon contact with ambient moisture.

Acceptable substrates include cast-in-place or precast concrete, gypsum board and plywood. Green concrete must also be properly treated to avoid moisture migration through it.

Early Life and Education

Henry/Bakor CM100 is an innovative waterproofing solution with one component elastomeric, solvent free elastomers that quickly cure through airborne moisture reaction to form an impervious membrane that quickly cures over time. It provides a cold alternative to hot applied rubberized membrane systems while replacing conventional hot mop, felt ply and/or preformed sheeting systems. When applied as two-ply systems or single applications it cures through reaction with airborne moisture into an impervious, rubber-like impervious barrier that quickly forms an impervious membrane over time – replacing these conventionally hot mop, felt ply systems or preformed sheeting systems.

Before using Henry CM100 membrane, ensure the substrate is clean and dry to touch; free from surface water, ice, snow or frost as well as dirt, dust, oil, grease or any other material which might reduce adhesion of membrane adhesion (for further details refer to Henry CM100 Guide Specifications). For surface preparation requirements please see Henry CM100 Guide Specifications.

Professional Career

Henry Company offers Building Envelope Systems including air/vapor barriers, roofing and waterproofing systems. Their team of professional consultants offers designers, contractors and building owners technical experience as well as commitment to producing quality products at reasonable costs. Over their history Henry Company has received many prestigious awards.

CM100 is a cold-applied technology designed to offer an alternative to hot rubberized membrane applications for podium decks, plaza decks, roof terraces, balconies, tunnels, foundation walls and planters. Available as both high build reinforcing and single coat systems and curing through atmospheric moisture reaction it forms an indestructible rubber-like membrane surface that lasts.

This waterproofing membrane can be applied to most substrates, including cast-in-place and precast concrete, gypsum board and plywood surfaces with reasonable smooth surfaces (wood float finish or better). Rough surfaces tend to trap air during application of the compound and may result in small blisters of waterproofing membrane forming.

Achievement and Honors

The Henry Award recognizes outstanding achievements in local theatre productions. It is named in honor of longtime Colorado Theatre Guild theatre producer Henry Lowenstein and given out through peer nomination, academic/educational advisors, and assigned judges.

Before applying a coating to any substrates, they should be free from ice, snow, frost, loose material, dust, oil or grease curing compounds as these will interfere with adhesion. Concrete should have either a wood float finish or smoother to allow for proper curing times and ensure optimal application and curing results.

Personal Life

CM100 is a fast curing, one component elastomeric moisture cure waterproofing/roofing membrane made up of one component elastomer polyurethane with solvent free moisture cure properties that cures quickly using airborne moisture. It can be used as an alternative or replacement to hot rubberized membrane systems and conventional hot mop, felt ply and pre-formed sheeting applications; its curing reaction with airborne moisture forms an impervious, heavy duty rubber-like membrane which cures to provide an impervious surface. Before application it must be dry enough that airborne moisture reacts with airborne moisture to form an impervious rubber-like rubber impervious rubber impervious membrane surface without surface water, surface water ice snow surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface snow surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water surface water or otherwise hinder adhesion which could prevent adhesion or curing compounds or curing compounds negatively impact adhesion adhesion; before application, clean and dry substrate should be free of surface water or grease and any curing compounds or curing compounds or curing compounds damaging adhesion impede adhesion such as dirt dust grease oil grease curing compounds or foreign matter which could hindering adhesion and snow surface snow cover overhangs or snow, surface snow surface snow dirt dirt dust or snow surface, dirt dust oil grease or curing compounds adhesion adhesion due to surface being free adhesion occurring due to curing compounds being applied, dirt from adhesion occurring prior to applying it should have adherenea and adhereing curing compounds which would hinder adhesion issues as described as perfor or other foreign material for curing compounds being applied prior to being covered or so curing compounds being present which would inhibit adhesion preventing adhere to cures compound curing compounds etc preventing adhe allowing good prior.

Net Worth

Henry Park is estimated to have an estimated net worth of at least $862 Thousand. This estimation is based on his recent stock trades, including selling 35,000 units of HyreCar Inc for $578,550 on 19 May 2021; plus one other trade of the stock within five years.

Henry/Bakor CM100 is a fast curing, one component elastomeric waterproofing compound with no solvents or solvent derivatives that cures through contact with airborne moisture to form an impervious rubberized membrane, providing an alternative to hot applied rubberized membrane systems or preformed sheeting systems. It can be applied as either two-ply system or single ply application and cures through reaction with airborne moisture to form a durable yet “seamless” rubber-like impervious surface that cures through interaction with airborne moisture to form an impervious rubberized membrane surface.
