As the owner of one of the most expensive cars in the state, one can only imagine the perks. Despite his hectic schedule, John was a gentleman of the highest order.

Achievements and Honors

John Koberstein’s achievements and accomplishments have spanned a long career in banking, management consulting, and entrepreneurship. His notable achievements include serving as a co-founder of the first online casino, as well as a senior vice president at Fifth Third Bank. He also served as a member of the board of Automotive Technology Inc., in Princeton, NJ, for four years. In addition, he was the president of Amperite, Co., Inc., a company that is still in business today. After completing his law degree at UW-Madison, he became a partner at Voss, Nesson and Koberstein in Madison, Wis. Before retiring from his legal career, Koberstein traveled to Asia to practice law for a year, making him one of the most well-traveled attorneys in the state of Wisconsin.

Personal Life

John Koberstein, III has been in prison for three life terms for three murders. The first one happened in 1988 in Rome, Georgia. He was convicted of killing Patricia Woodruff, her daughter Crystal Nadeau, and her friend Anne Boncella.

When John Koberstein was in jail, he insisted that he had nothing to do with these crimes. But Robert Stolo, a Vietnam War veteran, overheard a statement that could have implicated him. This helped John Koberstein to be convicted on two counts of second-degree homicide.

After being convicted, John Koberstein moved to Clinton Correctional Facility in Clinton, NY. There, he still stays.

One day, John Koberstein had an encounter with an inmate at the Oneida County Jail. They discussed the possibility of cooperation. In exchange, the inmate said that Koberstein expected a benefit.
