John Madell was a graduate of Fenwick High School in Brookfield and earned his bachelor’s degree from Illinois Institute of Technology. Afterwards, he earned his doctorate at MIT before working as a nuclear engineer in Chicago and Germany. Upon retirement, John founded SSA Consulting Services LLC with his brother-in-law as President; unfortunately he passed away June 1st at 88 years old.
