Who is John Rizzi?
James Rizzi is renowned for his vibrant, colorful prints that convey feelings of happiness and joy. These paintings often portray images of happiness and contentment.

Early Life and Education
John Rizzi was born in Endwell, New York and quickly discovered his passion for drumming. By age nine, he had begun writing and recording albums.
He was an amiable and generous individual, passionate about animals. He would take in strays and especially loved Xena – a cat.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his sister Lisa Baine and husband Chris from Colchester; brothers Kevin Rizzi, Teresa Calkins of New Britain; his favorite nephew Stephen Govea of Bristol; good friend Chris Pellerin; as well as numerous cousins and friends.
He is a professor and licensed clinical social worker at Adelphi University. As part of their General Studies Learning Community program, he helps students develop the necessary skillsets to be successful in other undergraduate programs at Adelphi.

In his 28 years as an NFL coach, he has guided special teams players to six Pro Bowls and six NFL All-Rookie teams. Furthermore, each of his 10 seasons as coordinator he has had a unit ranked within the top half of NFL writer Rick Gosselin’s annual special teams rankings.
He is currently the special assistant to the general manager in scouting for the Washington Nationals, marking his 53rd year in this industry.
