Noah Hobbs – A Lifelong Community Leader
Noah Hobbs was an affectionate man known for his kind and gentle manner. People and animals alike seemed drawn to him. With an insatiable thirst for knowledge and an admiration of his grandkids, everyone found comfort with Noah Hobbs.
Hobbs has extensive experience in community development having worked for Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency and One Roof Community Housing. Additionally, he served on the boards of Visit Duluth and Neighborhood Housing Services.
Early Life and Education
Noah Hobbs hails from Lafayette, Indiana. After attending Jefferson High School he graduated with his Associates of Arts Degree before enrolling at Indiana Law Enforcement Academy for four months of training and enrolling as a deputy with Carroll County Sheriff’s Department in Delphi Indiana as an active deputy deputy. Noah currently has two children named Easton and Nicholas whom he shares an extended family that spans across three generations.
Hobbes was an early modern non-theist; this term denoted his lack of belief in any transcendent God or divine providence, or any divine revelation which conflicted with human reason or experience.
Since 2015, he has served on the Council as an At-Large Member, eventually replacing Derek Medved. Since then he has spearheaded various initiatives, such as creating and co-chairing the Red Tape Reduction Task Force aimed at creating an intuitive regulatory environment.
Noah leads the Center’s efforts to protect new species under the Endangered Species Act and ensure that imperiled species receive proper protections. Additionally, he works to educate the public about biodiversity and ecosystem services.
Noah Hobbs ran for Duluth City Council as an at-large candidate in 2021 and focused his campaign around improving city parks, creating equitable development in River Corridor neighborhoods and combatting poverty and substandard housing conditions.
Kirill: What has your experience been like working on films where graphics are less visible, such as “Fast and Furious” and “Westworld”? Do you find them more enjoyable, or miss working on set?
Achievement and Honors
Noah Hobbs was an esteemed community leader, with numerous accomplishments to his credit. Among his roles and responsibilities were serving as an At-Large City Councilor in Duluth and chairing a state task force on Transportation Network Companies as co-chair, as well as being on the 1200 Fund Board Member. Furthermore, he held numerous other leadership roles within local organizations including serving as Chair for Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency as well as being on CHUM and Visit Duluth Board Members.
Born April, 1973 and bearing an Aries sign, he lived at 890 S Park Pl, El Cajon CA 92021 since 1996 in San Diego County. His family are mourning his loss but will cherish memories of him until they meet again.
Hobbs enjoys spending his free time with his wife Bri and children. Together they’ve begun creating a legacy that brings great pleasure.
He is fiercely dedicated to his work, sometimes clashing with authority figures outside of Diplomatic Security Service; yet remains loyal to those with whom he works and always conducting background research when meeting potential new partners.
Hobbs demonstrated his extraordinary strength by easily overpowering Oakes and easily matching Klaus who had earlier defeated Dominic and deckard.
Hobbs serves as brand ambassador for AURA devices, which develop wearable technology using bioimpedance to monitor athletic performance. Many elite athletes use their product.
Mr. Haworth currently sits as an at-large councilor on Duluth City Council. Additionally, he co-chairs a task force for Transportation Network Companies created by League of Cities and was recently nominated by Governor Tim Walz to sit on Compensation Council of Minnesota.
Chelsea has two children – a son and daughter – whom she shares pictures with on social media, often through Instagram where she boasts over 35,000 followers. Chelsea is active on both platforms but most noted for her role of Christi on the popular series Lucifer.
