Rosner was charged on Monday with lying to the federal government by failing to file tax returns, using money from Heaven Sent Courier to cover personal expenses like alimony payments, Netflix subscription charges and casino debts.

At Apple, he serves as Vice President of Applications. He made an exceptional donation in his grandmother Anna Rosner Memorial Gym in Bayonne.
