Steve Wall – A Lawyer and Actor
Steven Wall is an attorney specializing in strategic advice and litigation matters for executives and C-suite leaders. He collaborates closely with clients on issues ranging from union campaign compliance, high-profile employment litigation risk and workplace change initiatives.
He speaks on a sunny afternoon in Dublin’s Harold’s Cross and recounts their difficult year since Vincent passed away in March 2017. Their mother followed shortly thereafter.
Early Life and Education
In 1869, Isabel Wall walked two blocks from her Brooklyn home to Brookland School for admission and classes. However, this plan was to be interrupted when an eventful weekend ensued that led her back home after only one class had started.
Steven Wall has enjoyed a lengthy legal career at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, but his rise wasn’t without difficulty. A self-professed perfectionist, Wall worked tirelessly to become the best student and lawyer possible; unfortunately his drive resulted in alcohol abuse.
He is a member of the esteemed American Bar Association and has been honored by numerous organizations such as Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, BTI Client Service All-Star and Acritas Star. Additionally, he is an accomplished author; having written articles regarding workplace retaliation, discrimination and harassment issues.
Wall is an experienced safety professional in the construction industry, having worked on projects in numerous markets such as automotive, chemical manufacturing, food processing and pharmaceutical production facilities as well as nuclear and fossil fuel power plants.
As well as acting, Joe is also a singer-songwriter who performs alongside his brother Joe in The Stunning band and on screen, portraying jazz musician Chet Baker’s final days in My Foolish Heart as well as appearing as part of Netflix’s fantasy series The Witcher cast. Additionally, he advocates for mental health issues and addiction issues.

He has led over 300 week-long Kaizen events and worked closely with thousands of government employees in cutting red tape, improving customer focus and saving taxpayer dollars.
He’s also an accomplished singer-songwriter and actor, co-founding multi-platinum Irish band The Stunning with his brother Joe before appearing in Dutch art house drama My Foolish Heart as jazz musician Chet Baker. Most recently he can be found as Boholt in Netflix series The Witcher.
Ben Burt plays WALL*E in the hit film WALL*E and won multiple awards. Additionally, he serves as an associate at his firm’s litigation department.
Wall is well known as an accomplished trial lawyer and also holds multiple musical and acting credentials. Together with his brother Joe, he founded Irish bands The Stunning and The Walls before appearing as a screen actor in RTE/Sundance’s Rebellion drama series.
Expert in public sector performance improvement, he led major efforts to reduce government complexity and time to deliver services. He has testified before congressional subcommittees and state legislative bodies as an expert witness on these topics.
Wall had long struggled with alcoholism until 2010, when his wife and the chairman of Morgan Lewis delivered him an ultimatum: either get help for yourself or risk losing everything: job, marriage and children.
Irish singer-songwriter and actor Niall McKeown has been entertaining audiences for over 20 years. His talents range from hosting Family Feud game show to authoring several bestselling books.
Mr. Martin serves as managing partner of Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia, where he offers advice to executives and boards regarding employment matters. His practice encompasses strategic advice related to high-profile litigation risks such as union corporate campaigns and workforce transition.
He founded The Stunning (later The Walls) with his brother Joe in May 2000, and their debut album Hi-Lo was released later that month. Their songs have appeared in movies like Dead Bodies, Goldfish Memory and On the Edge; also Vikings Moone Boy Tin Star for Sky Atlantic and Rebellion on RTE are some of their appearances in films and series.
