Early Life and Education
Steven Glick is a real estate entrepreneur with more than $100 Million of acquired, developed, rehabilitated, managed and owned residential, office retail land restaurant hotel properties under management. Additionally, he founded and is president of Paragon Properties which specializes in acquisition, development management and rehabilitation of both commercial and residential real estate.
Powder Burn: Arson, Money and Mystery on Vail Mountain chronicles the twelve-million dollar arson attack against an exclusive Colorado ski resort. A Trail & Timberline review called it an engaging account of how public land has been corporatized while St. Petersburg Times applauded him as an engaging whodunit writer.
Steven’s most recent book, Monkey Dancing, details his journey leaving behind family and traveling around the globe. Additionally, it highlights his experience on Broadway as an actor/theater enthusiast as well as his passion for acting and theater performance.
Glick has enjoyed an exceptionally successful global career. He has held various legal and business roles at companies such as Thomson/Technicolor, Paramount Pictures, and Ladbroke plc (owner of Hilton International hotels).
He has published extensively on healthcare issues and his policy work has led to legislation supporting Health Savings Accounts in Connecticut.
Mr. Weil has contributed to publications like The Wall Street Journal and Forbes, as well as local news channels. Furthermore, he was involved in organizing the inaugural Philly Fights Cancer event which spurred significant fundraising efforts for Abramson Cancer Center.
Achievement and Honors

He will continue serving as Executive Vice President of Content and Broadcasting for Kathy Ireland Worldwide, a licensing, marketing, and branding management company with subsidiaries such as Encore Endeavor One and Ireland Men 1. Additionally, he will provide assistance for both CLARE Foundation and its sister organization Kathy Ireland Health and Wellness.
In 2001, he was aboard United Airlines Flight 93 when it was hijacked during the September 11 attacks and tried to prevent hijackers from taking over. He is remembered on panel S-67 of the South Pool at the National September 11 Memorial in New York City.
Glick’s private life includes family and travel. He has two children – Helaine and Steven – as well as four grandchildren: Benjamin, Samantha, Liana Glass, Jonah and Alyssa Owara. Glick is also an author with two books published on environmental topics.

A graduate from SUNY Binghamton, with degrees in economics and biology respectively, since 1989 he has been practicing as an investment professional and currently resides in River North.
Steven Lawrence Glick was an associate director at CSFBNext in New York City when he perished in the World Trade Center attack of September 11th 2001 at 44 years of age.
Glick works closely with financial advisors at large investment banks, registered investment advisers and property and casualty firms to offer estate planning and advanced life insurance design services to high-net-worth clients.
Glick is married to Perry Dubin, an actor known for his roles on Lifetime’s Devious Maids and Spring Awakening on Broadway. They currently reside in Manhattan with their two daughters. Glick enjoys golfing, running and spending time with his family and friends – especially traveling and the arts. He is an ardent supporter of these areas of pursuit.
