Managing Partner, Steven Wacaster

Steven Wacaster is the Managing Partner at Warren Equity Partners, specializing in buyouts and recapitalizations of established North American businesses that maintain, operate, or upgrade infrastructure. Prior to Warren Equity Partners he worked at Pegasus Capital Advisors as well as Credit Suisse Financial Sponsors Investment Banking group.

Early Life and Education

Kaylee and Jenna Wacaster joined their parents’ family, and are both exceptional softball players. Kaylee earned four-year letters at Crest High School in Gastonia, North Carolina before going on to play for Charlotte Starz Elite Club under head coach Steve Foster. Jenna currently is attending Wake Technical Community College with plans of studying law after earning her associate’s degree.

Edith Hoyle was also an alumna of UNC Chapel Hill and longtime employee at Southwestern Bell; she passed away at 81 in Morganton, North Carolina in 2009.

Amy and Steven are proud parents to Gigi ’30 and Harris ’28, and have been outstanding supporters of Beaches Campus annual fund efforts. Additionally, Amy serves as board member at Episcopal School of Jacksonville where they worked closely with this campus during its merger.

Professional Career

Amy attended Davidson College and Darden School of Business at University of Virginia before embarking on her Wall Street Equity Trading career with Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. Amy relocated with Steven to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2003 where they proudly raised their two children Gigi and Harris who attend Episcopal School of Jacksonville Beaches Campus (ESJ). Both Amy and Steven are dedicated members of Davidson’s community volunteering on numerous initiatives; Amy served as Chairperson for their Annual Fund while Steven worked directly with Episcopal School of Jacksonville during merger discussions between schools to ensure smooth integration during transition period between merge.

His characters are an unpredictable collection of troublemakers passed off by other commanders, providing ample opportunities for black humor and ironic dialogue. Their conversations are strong, realistic and fluent but occasionally punctuated with casual cruelty that only military men are capable of handling.

Personal Life

Steven is a Managing Partner with Warren Equity Partners and serves on Beaches Campus’ Board of Trustees. Both he and Amy, alumni of Episcopal School of Jacksonville, have been consistent supporters of its annual fund, serving as Fund Chairs prior to its merger.

Jodie Wacaster has long been in recovery from substance use disorder and now works to break the generational cycle of addiction by sharing her lived experiences and message of hope with the public. Originally hailing from Northeast Georgia, she now resides with her children Gigi and Harris as well as husband Steven who both graduated from Eastside Junior High (ESJ).
